The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operation team to carry out daily property operations and provide high quality customer services to our tenants and visitors
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Property / Facilities Management, Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) is an advantage
- At least 7 years’ relevant experience in managing prestigious shopping malls and / or Grade A commercial buildings, of which at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Conversant with quality procedures and systems
- Knowledge of ISO standards will be an advantage
- Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
- Good supervisory, organizing and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
